I was delighted to be asked to conduct their wedding ceremony in Hungarian and English.
Bilingual wedding ceremony
The bilingual ceremony was a no-brainer for them, as Barbara's husband Geoff is English and most of the guests, who came from the UK and Germany, communicated in English.
I went to their wedding venue as a returning officiant, as I have had the pleasure of officiating at the stunning Hilltop Wine Hotel many times.
It was a beautiful September day just in time for harvest.
Barbara and I had a last minute talk in the small house where she was getting ready, and Geoff and I went to the wedding ceremony venue to make sure everything was perfect :-)
